Mission :

• Ensure the proper functioning and develop systems, servers and virtualization infrastructures while guaranteeing reliable service in a complex environment.
• Realization of integration and migration projects of Microsoft infrastructure, virtualization.
• Ensure the update and distribution of Disaster Recovery, Backup and High Availability Runbook.
• Supervise and provide IT and application support.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage, analyze, evaluate, develop, test, implement and upgrade system infrastructures, servers and applications.
• Ensure version upgrades and monitoring of applications and servers.
• Maintaining and optimizing the efficiency, performance of servers and other IT platforms.
• Supervision and support of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level (Incident management and advice).
• Maintaining statistics related to incidents and improvement requests.
• Build, configure and maintain physical and virtual servers.
• Follow-up of open files with third party supports (Microsoft, HPE, VMware ..).
• Deployment of Patches via SCCM or WSUS.
• Performed Backup & Restore and Disaster Recovery Plan tests.
• Deployment of IT infrastructure supervision tools.
• Analysis of recurring or impacting incidents within the framework of Problem Management.
• Automation of scheduled tasks (purges, reboots, application start / stop, etc.).
• Identification of recurring incidents and critical issues related to errors in the IT infrastructure.
• Diagnosis of the underlying cause of the problems.
• Classification and documentation of known issues for rapid prevention or resolution of incidents.
• Writing of reports and statistics on the resolution of problems and their impacts.
