- Photograph vehicles in specific sequences based on what dealership is being serviced

- Ensure all inventory receive the correct labels, identifying each car and displaying the dealerships guaranteed warranty

- Record the services completed for each vehicle, using our company's app and at the end of each day, send an invoice to the general manager

- Travel between stores during the day to ensure all inventory is photographed

- Determine if the vehicle is in good enough condition to photograph (Is is clean enough? Is there any serious damage?) If damage is found, it is recorded in our company app and reported to the general manager of the dealership

- Assisted the salon manager with her schedule for the day by bathing the dogs for her

- Shampooed, conditioned, and velocity dried dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds

- Reviewed our 'a la carte' list daily and completed the services requested by the client (nail trims, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, brush outs, and occasionally a full bath)

- Checked in the salon managers appointments and evaluated the clients instructions for grooming their dog accurately

- Assisted other groomers in the salon with bathing/drying

- Cleaned the tub room throughout the day, as long as time allowed for it. Otherwise, the end of my day consisted of deep cleaning the whole room (moving tubs and extracting any water with a wet vac, disinfecting the tubs and shampoo bottles, etc.)

- Eventually started to learn how to cut natural coated dogs ( Golden Retrievers, Bernese Mountain dogs, Australian Shepherds)

- Shaved out mats using clippers or a dematting tool

- Cared for the dogs housed in the kennels (both clients dogs who were there for training and the working protection dogs)

- Assisted in feeding twice a day and followed specific instructions for certain dogs meals

- Assisted in medication administration, which would typically line up with the feeding schedule

- Bathed and exercised the dogs on the trails behind the kennels

- Ensured each run had fresh, clean water and was scrubbed clean and packed with fresh bedding

- Gave the dogs as much love and attention as possible

- Kept the kennel as clean and organized as possible

- Supervised and managed large groups of dogs - either by myself or with a coworker

- Kept energy levels low in play group to ensure the safety of both the dogs and the staff

- Worked with the more rambunctious and disruptive dogs in the group by trying to keep their minds and bodies busy throughout the day

- Fed and administered medications to dogs who received meals while staying with us, either for daycare or boarding

- Completed daily cleaning tasks, such as: laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and mopping

- Ensured clients were well taken care of and satisfied with our services

- Checked dogs in and out for boarding, daycare, and grooming using our online system, Gingr

- Let our groomers know when their clients had arrived and ran dogs to and from our daycare rooms

- Answered phone calls, emails, and text messages from current clients and potential clients

- Helped our new clients get their online profiles set up, so they could more easily request appointments, book daycare/boarding, or ask questions regarding their dogs

- Booked grooming appointments for the salon, either through phone call, text, or email

- Entered important data, such as feeding and medication administration or updating vaccination information

- Completed daily cleaning tasks for the front lobby

- Prepared activities and crafts for the teacher to present to the children

- Prepared snacks for the kids at designated snack times

- Kept the children entertained by reading with them, drawing with them, playing make believe, etc.

- Supervised play both inside and outside

- Had EEC certification at the time
