- Completed a training course in BT sales.
- Constantly rehearsing with other team members to perfect my understanding of the script not only helped perfect my role but also helped mebuild long-lasting relationships with colleagues and connect with them on a personal level, constantly motivating each other to do better and providing respectful opinions to each other on how we can improve. I'm always committed to self-development and learning.
- Interacting with up to 100 clients a day, convincing them to change to the new fiber optic lines instead of sticking with old copper lines, and negotiating deals developed my interpersonal skills allowing me to be a better listener to understand people's perspectives but also a better verbal communicator to get my point across in a way that is easily understandable.
- Overcoming problems in areas I may not be used to dealing with. For example, I had to come up with a swift solution for an angry client who was already a BT broadband customer and seemed to be having problems with the internet. This demonstrated my problem-solving skills.
