Adrian LaPorte

I am a motivated high school student with a strong worth ethic and a passion for politics and public service. I am seeking an opportunity to intern for Congressman Seth Moulton to gain firsthand experience in public affairs. I am eager to use the experience towards my long-term goal of attending the US Naval Academy or West Point in order to become a helicopter pilot in the Marines or Army.

Scouting

• Elected by fellow Boy Scouts to the position of Senior Patrol Leader during Freshman year, the highest leadership position for a scout
• Attended monthly Patrol Leader Councils to plan weekly scout meetings and outdoor activities welcoming to older and younger scouts alike
• Gained leadership experience through instructing younger scouts in outdoor skills
• Currently a Life Scout, and pursuing Eagle Scout
