
At age 14, I started working at Dreamland Theater, where I realized I had a talent for working with the public. I learned how to handle food, beverages, and machinery, and further developed my customer service at ROAST'D. At The Salt Box, I was a busboy, and then a waiter. I enjoyed the customer interactions and the restaurant environment. A year later, I went back to work at ROAST'd and had an amazing time working with and serving many of the same people. That summer, I also joined the Keene Restaurant family, running food for the popular Nantucket landmark, TOWN. In the summer of 2025, I waited tables at PI PIZZERIA. There, I became more comfortable upselling to customers in a high-stress environment. Over the last ten years, I have worked consistently at establishments all over Nantucket Island during the peak of the tourist season. I have extensive experience in customer service and have become quite comfortable learning menus and wine pairings quickly. The service industry has become a staple of my life, and I can guarantee I'll be an asset to your establishment.
