I managed conflicts effectively and efficiently by mediating disputes between players, coaches, and spectators when necessary. I monitored and managed soccer games to verify safety and promote good sportsmanship for players and strengthened teamwork abilities by collaborating closely with assistant referees to make accurate offside calls or identify foul play incidents outside my line of sight.

I played games, worked on puzzles, and read books to young children, communicated positively with children and guardians, organized and cleaned home after activities by picking up toys and straightening up play room, bathed, dressed, and helped with teeth brushing as part of bedtime preparation.

The PMC Kids Ride is an annual event that raises money for Dana Farber Cancer Institute/ Jimmy Fund. At this annual event, I register participants, help with set up and clean up, and help with various activities throughout the event: working with both children and adults. I also help prepare and plan the event during the year.

Assisted students in K-8 with various summer academic activities as well as outdoor, craft, and sports activities.
