Certified Tower Operator

• Tower experience, mostly with student pilots in the pattern mixed in with corporate jets
• Often times working the entire tower alone, combined frequencies
• Balancing priorities between issuing full route clearances, taxi instructions, and takeoff/landing clearances
• Familiar with the process of opening the tower in the morning/shutting it down at night

Certified Tower Operator

• Tower pattern experience mixed with heavies, student pilots, military and commercial aircraft
• IFR clearance delivery, coordinating with TMU for release times
• Taxiing aircraft, prioritizing efficiency

Certified Approach Controller

• Use speeds, altitudes and headings to ensure proper separation
• Coordinate with adjacent facilities to verify operations can be accomplished safely and efficiently
• Handled numerous emergencies, coordinating with relevant facilities during and after the events

• Assisted in training Air Traffic Controllers who needed skill enhancement or skill improvement training at ZBW

• In charge of admissions, relations with discharge facilities, and walking patients' families through contracts
