- Maintain the grounds and exterior of the buildings also making sure.
- Lights / Exit signs work.
- Entry doors open/close and lock as they should.
- No trip hazards on the stairs ETC.
- As one of the most experienced in the group I'm looked at as one of the leaders on the team.
- I also am responsible for not only meeting with contractors but scheduling for work to be completed as well as being able to create POs making sure our vendors get paid.
- Since I started working here I was able to lead and assist in bringing my property to be the second most improved property in the company that is country wide.
