As a mentor, I work with 6th-grade students on weekends, creating a supportive and engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and develop important life skills. My role involves planning and facilitating activities that are both fun and educational, ensuring that each Saturday is a productive experience for the students. I provide guidance, encouragement, and a positive influence, helping them build confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Through interactive discussions, games, and hands-on learning experiences, I aim to foster their personal and social development while making their weekends enjoyable and meaningful.

As a Coordinator at TJX Companies, I gained valuable leadership experience and was entrusted with key responsibilities within the store. My role involved overseeing daily operations, assisting with store management tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow among team members. I was responsible for carrying keys, which required a high level of trust and accountability. Additionally, I developed strong customer service skills by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers. My experience also includes working as a cashier, where I managed transactions efficiently while maintaining excellent customer interactions. Through this role, I enhanced my retail knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In my previous role, I worked as a cashier while also preparing sandwiches and other food items for customers. This position required strong multitasking skills, as I balanced handling transactions efficiently while ensuring food was prepared quickly and accurately. I developed excellent customer service skills by interacting with customers, taking orders, and maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This experience helped me enhance my ability to work under pressure, stay organized, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

I have experience working with children aged 5-11, providing weekend tuition to support their learning and development. In collaboration with teachers, I helped educate the students by reinforcing lesson materials and assisting with their academic progress. Additionally, I designed and facilitated various engaging activities to make learning enjoyable and interactive. My role required patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills to ensure that each child received the support they needed in both their education and personal growth.
