With over 30 years of international work experience in the semiconductor industry, including IC manufacturing, organic electronic materials, optoelectronics, and MEMS, I have consistently demonstrated expertise as both an engineer and leader. Throughout my career, I have successfully overseen numerous large-scale projects from conception to prototyping to successful product launches. These achievements result from meticulous and thoughtful management of teams in R&D and high-volume production environments, such as Global Foundries, Texas Instruments, TSMC, and Digital Corp. Currently serving as a work center lead in Photolithography at Raytheon, I thrive as a front runner by incorporating intentional leadership strategies and interpersonal skills into my strong technical background.
Led complex, multiphase and high-profile engineering projects, addressed financial constraints and complicated logistics to overcome project challenges
Managed design, prototyping, and seamless volume production of MEMS products such as VOA, IR Imagers, optical switches, sensors etc.
