From an early age, I was immersed in an environment of discipline, challenges, and competition. Sports have played a key role in my life, teaching me discipline, perseverance, and resilience in the face of adversity. I apply these values to my professional career, constantly striving to improve my skills.
I enrolled in a community college in the fall of 2023, eager to grow and challenge myself. In the fall of 2024, I transferred to Fisher College, where I continue to push myself at a higher level. Now, I am actively seeking an internship with a company where I can contribute my knowledge while learning and growing through the guidance and opportunities they provide. If you're looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and coachable individual who thrives in competitive environments, I’m the right fit. I’m eager to contribute my skills, learn from top professionals, and add value to your team. I look forward to the opportunity to prove it in an interview.
In January 2021, I started working at Northeast House Maintenance as an entry-level employee, where my main responsibility was to provide quality service to every homeowner I was assigned. My record was flawless.
After a few months, I began to understand the industry’s work dynamics and saw an opportunity. When assigned to a job, there was no guarantee that homeowners would call us again. I decided to change the approach. After completing each job, I actively persuaded homeowners to schedule biannual cleanings—one of the company’s strongest services.
My strategy proved successful. My boss was pleased with the results and rewarded me with a commission for every client I secured. I increased the percentage of customers scheduling biannual cleanings from 27% to 44%, a result I’m very proud of.
In 02/2022, I was promoted to a managerial role, overseeing employees, managing client relationships, and driving sales. This experience was a challenge, but I embraced it and excelled. It gave me invaluable knowledge and the confidence to take on any challenge that comes my way.
