• Establishes relationships with AXA vendors / Enrollment for the AIRWATCH platform, devices, and associated procedures.
• Ensure that the right staffing capabilities, competencies, and capacities are considered as part of the new structure so that support is available, at the right time and in the right way.
• Responsible for reporting and presenting the service status to the Senior management and the executive board.
• Analyze the need, risks, and opportunities of new projects.
• Responsible for managing the quality of services (Incidents/Requests) ensuring that ICT standards are applied.
• Responsible for ensuring all ICT KPI’s defined are met or exceeded.
• Ensure the delivered services are fit for purpose, carrying out relevant reviews as necessary.
• Database administration, network, infrastructure, Data Center, email, file shares, and other infrastructure issues (CITRIX, VPN)
• Coordinate appointments with logistics for exchanging defective equipment (All type of devices)
• Escalate new issues to hardware and software vendors, such as software vendors and other supports, printer and copier maintenance, heavy equipment maintenance.
