Sales Support Specialist with 35 years of professional experience in the Customer Service field, supporting a large customer, Sales and Field database.
Responsible for processing hardware orders, and supporting our Lab Water customers and Sales in the United States and Puerto Rico.
This includes our Clinical customers, which requires a daily prioritization of workload.
Team participation in training new hires, along with Clinical procedures and customers. Responsible for keeping the Milli-Q Clinical Account PUG current.
Able to trouble shoot customer and Sales requests with excellent written communication skills.
Participate in weekly staff meetings.
