  • Formulate and make recommendations to the Executive Committee for short and long-term strategic plans for the hotel assets with a projected NOP of 250,000 OMR in 2024.
  • Meet with hotel executive teams to review monthly and quarterly operating performance, annual business plans, and longer-term strategic plans (GSS up from 7.4 to 8.5, GOP to 42%, Pay Roll from 36.7% to 34%).
  • Proactively identify and resolve ownership issues to maintain the integrity of the assets.
  • Prepare investment summaries and make recommendations for major hotel expenditures.
  • Analyze and track the return on investment for the assets, as well as profit-improving projects, either implemented or proposed.
  • Monitored financial performance and identified areas for improvement in cost savings and revenue generation.
