As the Production Director of the Gnaoua and World Music Festival, I was responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the festival’s operations, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site management, to ensure the event's success. Additionally, I cultivated strong relationships with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations, facilitate necessary permits, and foster a cooperative environment that supported the smooth execution of the festival.
As the Life Space Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the setup and catering within the living spaces where various stakeholders resided. I managed the setup of two logistical sites in Dakhla and Laayoune, coordinating the needs of over 600 people, including food, beverages, accommodation, and other essential services. My role involved meticulous planning and efficient coordination to ensure an optimal environment and meet all participant needs.
