I’ve spent over five years as a Banking Center Specialist at Country Bank, where I’ve trained and mentored new team members, helped customers with tailored financial solutions, and consistently exceeded my performance goals. Before that, I was a Crew Trainer at McDonald’s, where I created training programs for new hires, and an Activity Aid at Quaboag Rehabilitation Center, where I organized personalized activities for residents. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building relationships, supporting my team, and delivering excellent service.
