This role is responsible for the maintenance of the provider data management system at Health New England. Serves as the point of contact person for vendors, small/large provider groups and individual providers for the purpose of data entry into our web portal through the Amisys system. This role requires the employee to answer phone calls one day per week regarding provider portal inquiries along with answering questions about provider enrollment or claims issues. Works in collaboration with other departments such as the provider claims and credentialing departments to resolve provider inquiries.
This role consists of answering phone calls in the call center from current and prospective members of the health plan. The representative answers any questions and provides benefit information to the individual on the call. In addition, being able to assist with the training process of onboarding new employees into the department and also aiding members that will walk into the office for member materials.
The Patient Access Service Representative is responsible for answering phone calls from primary care patients who are looking to schedule a sick appointment or physical. The representative will send a message to their provider for any non urgent issues. In addition, messages will also be sent for prescription refills that are answered within 48 hours of the request from the provider's office.
This role is responsible for delivering hot and cold meals to local customers upon receiving their phone and internet orders into the restaurant. Assist with setting up for catering requests at local businesses and conference halls. Greet customers entering the restaurant and respond to their needs including placing food orders. Restock and organize supplies in the front and back of the restaurant.
