I seat customers, wait on tables, run food, as well as work the bar at a local restaurant in Westborough. This job has helped to improve my customer service skills even further. I am still employed here but with limited hours and have lots of availability still.

I have worked at Dairy Queen in Westborough since my freshman year of high school and still am employed there as a rising junior in college. I have lots of experience in customer service and know how to handle customers and their requests, questions, and/or concerns. I also have taken on the new title and role of Store Manager, as I have become a very trusted and reliable employee over the years. Doing things such as organizing and managing the money, filling out sales reports, submitting payroll, and other jobs my boss has needed my assistance with over the years.

I worked as a waitress, hostess, server, food runner, and cashier at this breakfast/lunch restaurant in Westborough. This job taught me lots of responsibility and organization as I often worked full shifts alone managing all of these roles by myself.
