Water Program – Jorf Lasfar Seawater Desalination Plant

• Involved in the execution of a large-scale seawater desalination project, monitoring multidisciplinary construction activities across Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Process disciplines.
• Monitor project deliverables, identify deviations and drive corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
• Consolidate and analyze construction progress across multiple disciplines to provide management with accurate project performance visibility.
• Assessed contractors’ performance and execution constraints, supporting timely resolution of issues impacting construction milestones.
• Maintained alignment between client expectations, contractors’ commitments and project execution priorities, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
• Developed and presented weekly progress reports, performance dashboards and planning updates to support project monitoring and management decision-making.
• Monitored on-site construction activities and assessed work progress against project milestones, identifying potential risks and supporting recovery actions when required.
• Evaluated project status and highlighted critical constraints impacting schedule, enabling timely corrective actions.

• Performed civil and structural engineering studies for building and infrastructure projects from design development through construction phase support.
• Produced and reviewed structural drawings, reinforcement detailing and technical documentation in compliance with applicable codes and project specifications.
• Conducted structural modeling and analysis using AutoCAD, Robot Structural Analysis and CBS.
• Reviewed contractors’ quantity measurements, technical submissions and progress statements.
• Prepared technical specifications and engineering deliverables for various project packages.

Road Widening and Rehabilitation Project – Boulemane Province (18 km)

• Contributed to the design and execution studies of a road widening and pavement strengthening project covering 18 km.
• Performed road design and alignment studies using Covadis and Piste 5.
• Conducted hydraulic and hydrological analyses to support drainage system design.
• Monitored construction activities and participated in quality control inspections in accordance with the Project Quality Assurance Plan (PAQ).
• Assisted in project planning and scheduling activities.
• Supported cost estimation and quantity take-off preparation for project works.
