My work history has been a constant goal for success. I have owned an operated a rental business for many years. I have owned and operated 36 units at one time. At present I own 16.
I have always wanted to own a Construction business. I am a hard worker and pride myself in my sucess. I started this business, and although it is a lot of work, I love every aspect of it. I have alway been hands on and pride myself in the work that I have done and continue to do. As a woman owned company I am proud of the success this company has made and look forward to the success of the future.
As an owner, my duties include administrative work, billing, payroll, employment contracts, job contracts, bidding projects, supervising, job site inspections.
Bidding: search for jobs (Construct Connect, Bid Docs, Project Dog, Combuis, etc.). Create and finalize bid packets. Attend Bid openings.
As contractor, I submit proper submittals for materials on the required project. Schedule and attend project meetings and start dates. Order and schedule materials and deliveries (if needed). Schedule personal to work and complete projects. Throughout the project, communicate with the foreman regarding the progress and quantities of items (concrete, catch basins, etc.). Submit pay requisitions to towns throughout the project. Attend progress meetings throughout the job.
*Tranferred all Town water and sewer billing from paper to computer programs.
