Private Client Sales

• Collaborate with Massachusetts distributor, Martignetti, to grow business across the state, locate new clients and promote the wines from vignerons in the France+Western portfolio.
Supplier for Gaeta Santa Barbara
• Collaborate with Massachusetts distributor, MS Walker, to grow business across the state, locate new clients and promote the wines from Gaeta Santa Barbara (3 SKU project).
Wine & Service Director
• Manage and oversee wine and service training for 6 restaurant concepts. Opened 4 of the 6 concepts with the Senior Leadership Team from 2019-2024, including rebranding and re-conepting during COVID-19.
• Direct reports include beverage and restaurant managers
• Trained managers on opening and closing responsibilities
• Responsible for monthly P&L commentary on wine and beer costs
• Oversee beverage program for 6 restaurants, including 2 James Beard-nominated fine dining concepts: Tiger Mama & Orfano (Fenway).
• Complete weekly inventory and all associated reporting including reconciling our general ledger with accounting ensuring accuracy
• Consistently meet COGS goals and maintain sales goals
• Responsible for new menu layouts using Adobe Suite and
trained managers on the technology
• Oversee dining room during dinner services. Primary FOH support for all offsite events for Chef Tiffani Faison, including Food Network events.
