I worked with children ages four to ten. I created weekly schedules with activities for the groups and guide them through each one. I had to aid them in working through conflict, and teach them about respect. Additionally, I learned how to communicate with and accomodate each child individually. The camp was a fast-paced environment where I was able to work independently and was also able to collaborate with others.
