  • Manages strategic, multi-departmental, multi-specialty operational aspects of the Fuji Synapse (4 and 5) and Philips Cardiology PACS (ISCV), Nuance Powerscribe voice dictation, Bridgehead data archiving and backup system, and Hologic women's health system utilized by the hospital as well as remote urgent care centers and remote reading locations
  • Provide day-to-day support including monitoring the PACS system’s interfaces, hardware and software and proactively addressing any issues, verifying that appropriate processes have occurred (scheduled operations, backups, archives, etc.); Monitor the systems’ interfaces to ensure they are functioning; Perform RIS validation and exceptions; Monitor the systems’ server hardware, software, and network performance and proactively address all issues that occur regarding storage space, system performance, archive, and backups
