- At NESS I have gained invaluable experience over the last year. Making the switch to commercial low voltage work has given me opportunities to work on larger, complex systems. I've installed, serviced, and inspected fire alarms, security systems, CCTV, and access control systems. I mostly work for the service team, communicating with the customers, vendors, and security companies that hire us for work professionally and efficiently. Troubleshooting and diagnostics independently has become far easier with my time here, and my confidence as a technician has gone up dramatically.

- This company is where I got my start in the industry, and we primarily worked in residential spaces. Installing, servicing, and inspecting fire, security, camera, and access control systems. We worked with Honeywell systems here like Vista and Fire-lite. I am most familiar with these brands and have a solid grasp on programming for these systems. I have always been a clean worker, but this place really made me aware of my surroundings especially while in someone's home. I always installed everything neatly and professionally as to aesthetically and functionally serve our customers.
