I started off as a hostess by greeting guests, make reservations, answer the phone, take and pack to-go orders carefully, and listen to voicemails.
Then in early 2021 I became a busser. Resetting tables quickly after guests departure for future patrons, setting silverware for customers next course, restock, and polish.
Then in the summer of 2021 I got promoted to a server position.

Lastly in late 2021 I began to work in the bar and create drinks to put on the menu.
