• Acting Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) Line Manager

- Led daily operations of a high-volume adjudication unit during a management transition, ensuring continuity of

mission-critical visa processing.

- Coordinated workflow among adjudicators, locally employed staff, and consular leadership to maintain efficiency and

adherence to legal and policy standards.

- Played an integral role in planning and executing the World Cup Visa Surge, increasing daily adjudications from ~300

to ~900 while maintaining quality and fraud detection standards.
