During the summer of 2023, I had the privilege of participating in a medical internship in Mexico, which provided me with invaluable experiences and insights into the healthcare system and medical practices of the vibrant country. Over the course of 3 weeks, I worked alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This immersive experience allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of Mexican healthcare, its unique challenges, and the solutions being implemented.
