Quality Management: Develop and implement robust quality management systems to ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, TS16949,) and customer-specific requirements.
Process Optimization: Process audit and evaluation via international automotive norm as “VDA6.3- internal process audit” help on the identification of areas for process improvement, driving initiatives to reduce defects, improve product consistency, and enhance overall production efficiency.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of quality Leaders and engineers, supervisors and inspectors, and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving via prevention and anticipation.
Supplier Quality Management: Work closely with suppliers to ensure the consistency and reliability of materials, leading audits and inspections to ensure that incoming components meet quality standards.
Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action: Lead investigations into non-conformance issues, using techniques like Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to determine corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
Customer Satisfaction: Liaise with customers to resolve quality concerns, review quality reports, and ensure customer feedback is incorporated into production improvements.
Training & Development: Team building by best practices, and new methodologies to ensure a high level of awareness and competency.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with industry standards, local regulations, and environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines, keeping up-to-date with any changes in applicable standards.
