perform framing wall repair, painting, etc. for each job. . make sure each jobsite was clean and safe at the end of every day. previous to this job I was self-employed for over 30 years as a customer homebuilder with my father as a general contractor, I know all aspects from the ground up in home construction. including site work rough framing siding and windows and door installation, and finish work. I was able to deal with all subcontractors seamlessly.
