JSI contracted by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH): Nurse will Coordinate vaccination clinics, review vaccination records of families residing in Emergency Assistance Shelters, Visiting Family Welcome Centers, and residing in Temporary Respite Centers across Massachusetts

· Plan and implement individualized nursing care to a wide variety of patients, mainly clients with substance use and mental health disorder

· Maintain a safe environment for patients and colleagues

· Provide trauma informed care for up to 30 patients a day

· Assign patients care according to patient needs and skill level of staff daily

· Supervises up to 7 staff members in providing strength-based care for up to 30 patients a day
