I am currently serving as a Scheduler in the Supply Chain department at TE CONNECTIVITY. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing standard workflows and daily business operations within the Supply Chain team. This includes preparing analyses for product, demand, and manufacturing characteristics, as well as controlling MRP parameter optimization. I actively drive supply chain organization initiatives, lead diverse projects aimed at improving supply chain KPIs, and support cross-departmental activities. Additionally, I assist in maintaining central reports and support the Supply Chain team in performance improvements and capacity management.

As a Production Team Leader at TE CONNECTIVITY, I had the privilege of managing a team of 180 individuals, overseeing their daily activities and ensuring that production targets were met. My primary focus was on optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as performance, efficiency, quality, and safety. I implemented strategies to improve these metrics, including regular performance evaluations, training sessions, and process improvements.

One of my key responsibilities was problem-solving, both independently and through collaborative team efforts. I facilitated problem-solving sessions to address any issues that arose during production processes, ensuring quick and effective resolution to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Additionally, I prioritized safety as a fundamental aspect of our operations. I conducted regular safety audits, implemented safety protocols, and provided ongoing training to ensure that all team members were well-equipped to perform their duties in a safe manner.

Overall, my role as a Production Team Leader involved not only managing day-to-day operations but also fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and safety within the team
