Responsible for communication with all of our vendors on a basis that is necessary to the overall success of both companies.
Arrange and confirm that all orders submitted to a vendor (preseason, re-orders, special orders) get released in our scheduled time frame.
Meet with and provide credit managers all of the requested organizational and financial documentation that they require.
Provide key vendors with a more in-depth view of our business and the direction of our plans for the future.
Schedule all electronic fund transfers to ensure a payment plan/schedule that is conducive to both our cash flow and the vendor’s payment terms.
Payment of all invoices.
Manage business credit card accounts for both entities in order to establish proper line item expensing on a per company basis.
Coordinate and meet with CPAs to discuss revenues and expenditures as it relates to cash flow, monthly projections and year end tax implications.
Ski on equipment (skis, boots and bindings) that we intend on bringing into our hard goods catalog.
Attend vendor product meetings, launches and focus groups to better understand our vendors future go-to-market strategies and how we can implement those strategies into our future buying plans (vendor specific).
Testing product with the main focus on product mix, merchandising and overall ski ability of the equipment we are bringing into the catalog.
During peak season as an operating co-founder, I was also responsible for selling, fitting and adjusting any and all equipment across every category we carried.

Consult, operate and give feedback on all of the Ignitr platform’s applications.
Work on the advancement of the platform, with a focus on the back-end user experience that promotes a smooth, easy and streamline workflow across all applications.
Product page content creation for incoming SKUs, as well as aging page maintenance as deemed necessary.
Develop Blogs concentrated on driving organic search traffic.
