As a PCA I would assist my clients with cleaning services and homemaking such as housekeeping, laundry, sweeping, moping, washing dishes, and cleaning bathrooms. I also would do personal care which includes sponge baths, bathing, mobility assistance, and meal prep. The extra things I did for some clients was run errands and did shopping.

• Process incoming orders and initiate shipping protocols
• Manage inventory in accordance with customer orders and ensure pertinent materials were in stock
• Ensure fast and reliable shipping via routine follow ups with other staff members and other procedural correspondence

• Replace faulty fire hydrants and monitor integrity of surrounding hydrants
• Clean catch basins and maintain cleanliness of like structures
• Collaborate and coordinate with other water department employees to maximize efficiency
