- Responsible for the plant projects Master Production Schedule (MPS) preparation and supply planning, in line with customers EDI demand changes and keeping the manufacturing plant KPI’s on the agreed targets.
- Preparation and periodic review of the plant Master plans S&OP and Budget.
- Generate rough-cut capacity plan for production and supply with a target of balancing KPI performance and load levelling.
- Resources planning (MRP/Raw materials and labour plan) and review in line with the latest Master plans figures.
- Review production schedule in collaboration with Materials, Manufacturing and Sales/Customer Service teams to fulfil the weekly MPS plan (Schedule Attainment).
- Review and synchronize the weekly MPS plan with the monthly S&OP targets.
- Manage pre-serial phase and projects transfers in collaboration with the company business teams and engineering projects leaders, in term of raw material planning, projects milestones and capacity.
- Ensure logistics collaborators recruitment, training and skill matrix improvement.
- Balance workload in logistics collaborators panels.
- Ensure an effective communication of customer service collaborators with customers, good reactivity, flexibility and guarantee customer’s good satisfaction.
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare period reports and presentations on findings for upper management.
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning storekeepers following up on work results.
- Control physical inventory cycle count and obsolete stocks level.
- Implementing procedures guaranteeing that ensure customer and storekeepers health and safety in the warehouse.

- Import warehouse: Organization and monitoring of raw materials reception, storage and rolling inventory activities.
- Organization and coordination of production orders preparation (picking list).
- Establishment of interim storekeepers’ activity monitoring.
- Control of visual stock management (Storage limit, FIFO storage, Area’s identification).
- Control of cleaning follow-ups.
- Control of safety monitoring preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Projects carried out in the store: Implementation of a return management system for returnable packaging (EURO pallets, empty reels).
- Resizing and optimization of the area dedicated to the storage of reels.
- Organization of the unloading plan for deliveries in 'Delivery window'.
