* plan and supervise the execution of drilling program by site team.

* review the NPT and plan with contractor the root cause and how it can be avoided in future

* mange with my team to improve preference and by attacking the flat time and changing the practice of making connection and improve the communication between site team.

* Project aim to optimize drilling of 8.5" section in Al Khalata formation , resulted in two field records in Al Dhabi.

* Work with Rig DS to optimize rig performance and find the gaps and focus areas.

* Plan and Execute Three EPZ ( Emergency Planning Zone ).

* Complete 4 explorations wells all delivered ahead of plan.

* QC the inspection reports of Drill string as per DS-1.

* Work with TP , ADSV and ME to deliver wells in save and efficient manor.

* Deal with Drilling problems ( losses , Well control, WI pressure, Stuck pipe and fishing operations)  

* Optimize flat time ( connection time , running speed, casing running , N/U and N/D BOP)

* HSE leadership , inspire supervisors by setting example. Conduct weekly meeting with crew.  

* Deal with different type of perforation ( over balance , under balance  and oriented perforation.

* Part of the team that put the first fiber optic well in PDO in Marmul area ( deploy fiber optic cable with 7" casing and cement it to be utilized for DTS and DAS )

* Secassafuly delivering 5 fiber optic well and implement oriented perforation successfully .  

* Support TP during Rig move. Rig is fast moving rig and we move every 10 to 20 days.

* utilize COMPASS software to monitor and challenge the performance in directional wells.

* Excellent Knowledge of Hoist equipment ( All the hoists I worked with were Drillmec MR 5000 )

* Familiar with Fishing operations and was preforming fishing with Support of RM , mange to save cost of fishing engineer ( we have successful story in well SABAR-3 , well was suspended since 1986, our team mange to restor the well ahead of planned time).  

* Familiar with Well Killing and dealing with WI wells.

* Part of start up team in Hoist-55, with team work with contractor we mange to take the Hoist from start up unit to same delivery rate of old units in the field within short time. achieve very good reputation which made the client assign the Rig to RTQ wells which are more challenging then main field within 1 year.  

* Was trusted by TL to conduct health check in other units and support the units that had operations issues.

* I was part of two lean projects ( Optimize and standardize the ESP running procedure and Develop the criteria to increase the utilization of inspected Tubing ) both projects are benefiting the company till today  ).

* Attend Advance Well Engineering course in Aberdeen Drilling school.

* Did root cause analysis to failures and prepare failures to shear knowledge, ( failure of PTO - Hoist-55 , Failure of Hummer impact gun - Hoist-54  , bend in Dead line anchor clamp - wrong practice result in over-torque the clamp )

* Assist Drilling Supervisor in all daily activates  on rig site

* Communicate and coordinate with different service companies needed for well delivery.

* Making cement Calculation and supervising cement jobs and mixing of chemicals

* Communicate with locals and solve conflicts .  As the DSVs in my units were not Omanis.

* Prepare Tallies for casing and completion string.

* finish  Shell Round 1 examination

* Complete training program under supervision of DSV and ADSV .

* Complete Basic Well Engineering course
