Fatma Al Obaidani

As an intern in the human resources department at Salam Air, I had the privilege of developing my knowledge on HR operations within the Aviation Industry. These operations range from recruitment and selection processes such as onboarding and off-boarding, the Omani National employment and social protection law, and the development and restructuring of HR policies. During my journey, I have gained various skills such as operating office software, communication, team working and collaboration, time management and the ability to meet deadlines, and HR recruitment and selection.
