This is done by planning, organizing, and performing what needs to be done with the help of the supervisor, techs, engineering, and all of the wet pro team members. This also means collaborating with the other areas (Photo/Metals) to work together around tool issues, staffing issues, and anything else that may arise on a given night to have things go as smoothly as possible. Other responsibilities include making sure Tecos are being followed, coordinating breaks, coverage for breaks, making sure learning assignments are being completed, and also help the team resolve any problems or conflicts that may occur during the time there. If I cannot resolve any issue or conflict, it is then the responsibility to escalate to the supervisor to help remedy the situation. I have done this, and it has shown to be effective.
