• Participate fully in the Plan, design, configure and install Cisco switches for local and remote sites and perform troubleshooting when connectivity issues arise and documentation of IT infrastructure.
• Monitor the network for performance issues. Proactively recommend processes for Network as a Service (NaaS). Write basic code of moderate complexity and maintain related documentation.
• Preventive maintenance, documentation and troubleshooting. Clearly communicate technical matters to non-technical customers.
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure, ensure adherence to standards and service level objectives.
• Handle multiple vendor projects such as Router installation for network access. Support and interface with various clients, vendors and contractors for port activations, IP address assignment, devices authentication for network access and project planning.
• Perform network software and hardware upgrades as necessary to keep the systems up to date.

• Diagnose hardware and software faults remotely (desktops, laptops, and printers) and implement known solutions.

• Create and maintain network documentation.

• Liaise with cabling infrastructure vendors and ISPs to establish LAN and WAN connectivity.

• Assess and respond to network system alerts, prioritizing serious faults to rapidly address downtimes. • Support end users with day-to-day operations and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

• Receive and process samples for diagnosis, handle, package and ship samples for further testing. Follow up with clients for correction of name discrepancies of patients. Train and do coaching opportunities for correction for new employees.
