The objective of the project was to build a 10-meter cube solar water tower in Yakin to help farmers farm all year-long, and increase and stabilize their yearly revenues. The budget of the project was about 13 000 euros. The project will enable est. 500 - 700 direct beneficiaries and est. 2000 indirect beneficiaries to keep their children in school, will discourage the recruitment of young people into terrorist groups, and will help reduce risky migration, especially in the dry season, for economic reasons

• Drafted grant applications, contributed to negotiations with external partners, and drafted reports to partner institutions
• Proposed an impact assessment system of QOTTO BF solar kits on its customers including the proposition of 30+ socio-economic indicators
• Collected and analyzed qualitative and quantitative data with google forms and excel
Participated in the search for funds and in the implementation of the fundraising strategy: updated and developed a monitoring database of financial partners and prospects

• Researched and published 54 well-referenced data reports for newly constructed internal university databases, documenting the economic and socio political ties between African nations and China.
Planned the "Kata Kata" project: it concerns the establishment of the business plan and organizational chart of the project over 5 years in 3 countries. The project aims to create an electronic platform to connect all agricultural actors in Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso and Liberia, namely farmers, sellers of fertilizers, machine owners/lenders, etc. to improve the mechanization of agriculture in these countries
