- Manage the logistical planning of team events, including competitions, travel, and team bonding activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents, faculty, and administration to ensure the cheerleading program’s goals align with the school’s standards and values.
- Plan and execute fundraising events to support the team’s needs, including uniforms, equipment, and travel expenses.
- Monitor student-athletes’ academic performance and provide support as needed to maintain eligibility for participation.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment where all team members can develop leadership skills and confidence.
- Ensure the safety of athletes by teaching proper technique, warm-up routines, and injury prevention practices.
