Client: Aflac - Migrated an existing application of the client on JAVA to PEGA BPM. It enabled customer service representatives to gather information seamlessly from customers and other upstream systems and decide the subsequent best action. It provided features including Chargeback, Rebill, Write-off, send correspondence, etc. for completing claims and facilitated wire transfers between partnering banks of the client across the globe.

Responsibilities :-

• Implemented Agile / Scrum Methodology and participated in development & conversion of business requirements into JIRA stories.
• Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant(PCDC)
• Worked on version PEGA 8.6
• Worked with Business Leads, and Business Analysts to define business requirements and developing them.

Client: Pfizer – Developed an end-to-end application on PEGA v8.2 that consolidates and encrypts clinical trial data studied by Study Stats from Internal systems and routes them to various Rand Analysts as per required skill. This allowed the client to automate their data-intensive trial activities, thereby reducing cost and time. Increasing trial scale, encrypting clinical data from other users, and integrating with external partners were key implementations of the project.

Responsibilities :

• Worked closely with the Business in analyzing and capturing Requirements.
• Created different flows to handle the Data Ingestion Process and routed to different teams when the process fails.
• Using Pega Next Best Action feature and analyzing new Pega features
• Working on Activities, Data Pages, Report Definitions, Data Transform, Declarative rules and decision rules to support business critical issues.
• Worked on Data flows, Decision Data and Strategies and created real time data flows.
• Worked on email alerts to handle the failure scenarios in ingestion process.
• Implementation of reports like List view, Summary view and report definitions using PEGA to show the reports available to business users and top management.
