Lead and prepare for external audits, including FSSC ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, AIB audits compliance audits Oversee the quality of PET resin injection, closures& preform production, and preform manufacturing processes to ensure consistency and meet quality standards Manage the water treatment processes to guarantee product safety and regulatory compliance Lead the cross functional investigation team in all quality related incidents to identify underlying root causes using root cause analysis techniques and follow up the generated action plans to ensure effective implementation.

Supervise the inspection and management of lab raw materials, packaging materials, and lab-finished products.

Coordinate the investigations, follow up on action plans, and subsequent data analysis, and report the results to all relevant stakeholders.

Own the Quality wall meetings throughout production areas by ensuring employees are well trained to perform the evaluation of both process and packaging attributes. Own the SPC process throughout the production processes by updating control limits, leading the SPC data analysis team, and following up on action plans to drive the CI of the processes.

Lead, mentor, and train the quality control team of 66 employees, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement, Launch the new project, Lipton product in Morocco with collobaration with Unliver Team

• Implement the quality of food and managing supportive documents.
• CCP monitoring, HACCP, Product Specification, FSMS, documentation.
• Implementing the new Quality Program in all plant including providing the training associated with its implementation.
• Manage all HSE systems, standards, documentation, and protocols.
• Ensure the compliance of the customer requirements.
• Ensure a quality budget for the third-party service providers.
• Lead the quality and training teams on GMP.
