Ensuring and improving workshop productivity, Production operator management, New operator training, Production realization, monitoring, and planning, Supervising vacuum heat treatment facilities within the quenching workshop, Setting and programming vacuum heat treatment furnace (Horizontal and vertical quenching furnace, oil quenching furnace, Nitriding...), Commissioning, adjustments, conducting trials on new batches, Ensuring startup and initial qualification of equipment, Selection of heat treatment cycle, Monitoring treatment parameters, Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment, Final inspections (hardness, metallography).

Additionally, this position requires the following physical and mental demands, including but not limited to:

• Regular exposure to heat, dust, noise, humidity, fumes, etc.
• Potential requirement to work overtime or any shifts, including weekends.
• Utilization of power tools and equipment, such as plasma cutters, torches, grinders, air tools, crimping guns, and other shop tools.
• Capability to work in a standing position for extended periods in an office/industrial environment.
• Capacity to bend, pull, stoop, and reach to perform tasks.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc.
• Adequate hearing both in person and via phone.
