BP Capstone Design

• Designed and simulated a large-scale biogas process with BP, converting 500,000 kg/hr vinasse into high-purity biomethane using anaerobic digestion and membrane gas separation.

• Converted a batch lignin-to-vanillin process into a fully continuous design (100 kg/hr), integrating reactors, separations, purification, and energy optimization.
