· Well Type: Vertical wells, Deviated Wells, Horizontal wells and Deep Oil Producer High Pressure Vertical well. Deep Gas Wells.

· Mud Types: PHB, High Performance Mud for shale inhibition using PHPA, SOLTEX, KCL, and Polyamine. High density Mud with nanoparticles .

· Max MW=22.2 kpa/m (2.246 S.G)

· Max Temperature= ~165°C

· Challenges:

1. Total losses in top hole and Well Site Water Management

2. Drill Thick Reactive shale of Nhr Umr and Khuff.

3. Drill depleted resiover of Gharif sand and chance of getting differential stuck.

4. Hole Clean in buildup section and Horizontal section with high doglegs.

5. Mud losses.

6. Narrow range between Formation Pressure and Formation Fracture Pressure.

· Monitor and record drilling activity, providing information about the well status during the Drilling.

· Drilling parameters that are monitored include:

1- Drilling parameters: ROP, RPM, WOB, Flow rate, Pumping pressure.

2- Mud losses and Well Gain.

3- Predicting critical situations: Over pull, pressure drop or increase and pressure drop or increase.

4- Cutting description, Formation Tops and Oil show.
