Team Leader : Procurement & transportation flows
- Managing a team of 4 planners in a fast-paced automotive environment
- Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (OTD, service rate, stock coverage)

- Managing the return of empty packaging till delivery to suppliers and ensuring the control of the loop
- Orders reception and analysis from the different Morocco stores
- Stock control, follow-up and action plan making based on inventory status (shortage, overstock, ...)
- Follow-up and action plan making related to the anomalies resulting from deliveries (from suppliers / to the stores)
- Daily KPIs monitoring and action plan making
