- Managing a team of 4 planners in a fast-paced automotive environment

- Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (OTD, service rate, stock coverage)

- Coordinating with production, quality and purchasing departments to ensure parts availability

- Handling suppliers escalation and operational negotiations in case of shortages or delays

- Leading internal actions regarding the critical RM (inventory, risks, production plan changes)

- Leading inventory cycles (daily, monthly, yearly)

- Optimizing stock levels while meeting financial and operational targets (moving from 32K M€ to 25k M€ from March 25 to June 25) via improving the technical material flow usage (process)

- Managing and ensuring the full transportation / customs flow for all the inbound operations

- Leading the reporting and escalation to top management of the main critical topics

- Managing the return of empty packaging till delivery to suppliers and ensuring the control of the loop

- Orders reception and analysis from the different Morocco stores

- Stock control, follow-up and action plan making based on inventory status (shortage, overstock, ...)

- Follow-up and action plan making related to the anomalies resulting from deliveries (from suppliers / to the stores)

- Daily KPIs monitoring and action plan making

- Daily contact with suppliers and flow improvement

- Daily contact with different departments

- Reporting of action plans to management.

- Management of portfolio up to 35 suppliers / 600 references

- Forecast & Firm orders (COF) analysis & sending to supplier

- Extra orders / demand negotiations with suppliers in case of short term increases inside the Frozen Period

- Backlogs management, negotiation with suppliers & delivery plan making based on PNs priority

- Daily contact & action plan making (if necessary) with all of scheduling, manufacturing, engineering & quality teams

- Pre-serial activities management & follow-up related to JLR's project (Engineering changes, New BOMs implementation, ...)

- KPIs target daily control, improvement & follow-up (QVC ; GMMT ; SAP Effectiveness Metrics, ...).

- Forecasts sending to suppliers taking in consideration PNs, quantities & delivery week
