Quickly placed inserts into the machine and grabbed overmolded parts out of it after the cycle ended.

Inspected each part individually during the machine's cycle time for any defects and fixed them accordingly such as trimming flash

Inspected parts before packing them into boxes. Fixed minor issues with machine and robot. Used roller die to cut colored cardboard for a different product when not on machine

Would cut large i-beams into smaller ones with an acetylene torch so they could fit into the cold rolling machines then weld the i-beams back together
