Summary

Over 20 years of infrastructure maintenance and construction. Specifically, roadway construction, excavation, water and sewer work, beach Maintenance, curbside rubbish and recycling collection as well as storm management. I Manage Coastal resiliency projects like oceanfront revetments, sheet pile driving, dredging and beach nourishment. I currently manage a staff of 30 municipal employees and multiple private contractors, including contracted staff responsible for the communities curbside rubbish and recycling. Additionally, in the winter months I am in charge of all snow and ice operations. This staffs 150 employees during storm events. I have a proven track record in project management and budget oversight, enhancing operational efficiency.
