At Eastern Bank a customer was scheduled to do a loan closing and her husband was unable to take the ferry over to Falmouth to attend the closing and the bank wanted to charge a fee for the external closing. Which I did not agree with so i volunteered to take the ferry over to Martha's Vineyard and do the closing there, so the customers would be more comfortable.
