- Create and maintain a standard of work required by the Editors (Data Analysts) to ensure accurate data and efficient workflow. As part of that standard, ensure that the material in which the data derived from is documented properly to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
- Train new employees on how to create Edit Materials and then to input that information into the CRS Entry Tool which provides the data that the company utilizes for our clients. Training includes; Creating Edit Materials with relevant information, inputting that data into the Entry Tool, Gathering proper photos for products that have been entered, and proofing other editors work.
- Proofread Editors work to ensure accuracy and returned back to the editor for correction in a timely fashion to ensure bi-weekly deadlines are met.
- Coach Editors in the best way to manage the edit materials to ensure accuracy and efficiency to ensure the most amount of accurate data inputted as possible.
- Ensure Edit Materials are complete and posted to the On-Line Transfer Site (OneDrive) in a timely manner so that deadlines by both the proofer and editor can be met.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop to create color swatches (Model Exterior Colors) for all product lines that we service for bi-weekly deadlines.
- Utilize the internet and other resources to gather action photos for Motorcyle/Scooter, ATV, and Utility Vehicle Categories. Responsibilities include gathering the highest resolution photo and then utilizing Adobe Photoshop to re-format photos for editorial use by our clients.
- Act as an editor to help complete products that have been requested by clients. I.E. Trailers, Golf Carts.
